For a Better Seattle.
Ian Field, a Washington native, saw the clear need for a vandalism solution in the greater Seattle area. Graffiti has passed through stages of de-criminalization in Seattle and, following social unrest during the pandemic, the city’s vandalism problem reached new heights. Small business owners were frustrated with the state of the city, local schools and municipalities were overwhelmed with the scale of the problem, and the existing graffiti removal firms struggled to staff and scale to the needs of the city.
Our team acquired GraffitiCo from the company’s founder, believing the business could play a core role in solving Seattle’s vandalism crisis. We immediately partnered with existing customers, improving responsiveness and tailoring the service to their needs. GraffitiCo rapidly expanded its team as private companies and public services deepened their relationship with the firm. Many technicians were hired to ease the burden on the existing staff which, combined with expanding services and pay transparency, has created a place for the team to grow rather than serving as a temporary job.
The business has grown quickly under Game 7 ownership with strong customer and staff retainment. Though graffiti is not yet a solved problem, we are determined to see GraffitiCo as a community partner in the solution.

Jordan’s uncle Drew, a former Vice President within Nike, saw a special opportunity to innovate and expand into training equipment. Doing so would create an entrepreneurial endeavor.
Jordan joined Drew’s effort to support the creation of Dimension Six Fitness, a company specializing in athletic weights and strength equipment. Together the team secured a licensing agreement with Nike creating weights, equipment, and apparel under the Nike brand. Beyond best-in-class product quality, Dimension Six worked with Nike to advance the strength space, utilizing innovations such as Nike Grind in its products. Today Dimension Six offers its goods under Nike Strength, putting the athlete first and contributing to the Nike brand.
Following the establishment of the company, Jordan departed Dimension Six to co-found Game 7.
